Amazing. The photos were put on the website on Friday morning and it was on our driveway on the Monday! The car is 5 years old but like new, they seem to look after their cars in Japan. All the accessories and paperwork were there as well unlike a UK car where half of it goes missing, and the specification was something you just don’t find in the UK. The team were friendly and helpful, not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend.

Car:
Absolutely love the car. I would definitely buy another Japanese import and would recommend others too. Now with it being an import I was initially worried but Neil and his team convert everything to UK. KMH to MPH, they updated the sat nav and radio to everything UK. You wouldn’t be able to tell it’s an import at all. There were some issues with the black rubber seals around the car where they had perished a bit but nothing to complain about in all honesty.
I have checked allot of UK cars with the same spec and most are around 14K and I paid £8995
I was given all the service history which yes is in Japanese but you can use your phone and google will take a picture of the page and translate everything.

Garage:
Absolutely no problems at all. I messaged them in the morning saying I was interested in the car and I turned up around 3pm, greeted by Neil with the keys in hand. He let me look around and answered all the questions we had. Asked me if I wanted to test drive it by myself which I was really delighted with. I personally found the whole process brilliant, easy and reassuring. I’ve had some questions post sale but Neil has answered them all.

So all in all I’ve been happy with everything

A massive thank you to the Team at Winterstoke Motor Company, they had two vehicles that I liked available and after test driving both it was difficult to decide which one to purchase, they were both fantastic. I have had the car for a week now and I am very pleased with it.

What a great place this is to purchase a well cared for imported prestige vehicle. Neil and staff are knowledgable, friendly and professional. Everything was managed fuss free and they made the purchase as easy as they possibly could. Hopefully will return in the future.

Friendly and helpful imported car dealer
I purchased my imported GOLF from Winterstoke back in June’23. Now that I have owned the car for a little over 3 months I thought I would leave my own honest review.

Being an import I was unsure what to expect, but the team at Winterstoke were approachable and friendly and were happy to answer all my questions. The car itself has been fantastic. It ticked all my boxes, had loads of options on it that I was looking for. It is the best car I have ever owned. I want to keep it forever! Should I need to buy another car in the future I will have no concerns about going back to Winterstoke and asking them to find me exactly what I want from Japan.

Had a very pleasant experience, went in just to take a look around as every time my dad drove past the cars looked very nice and looked after – and came out with this beauty! We didn’t realise the dealership dealt with Japanese imports. The whole process was very smooth and easy and I am overall very pleased!
